Select a lower gear before descending and control speed without coasting in neutral. On a narrow grade, be prepared to yield safely.
Puerto Rico law gives the climbing vehicle priority when two opposing vehicles meet on a grade too narrow for both. That rule is specific to the constrained meeting—not every hill.
